One of the things the Christian social media world and blogosphere seems to forget is that even your ideological opponent is a person with feelings and dignity. We are fragile. We are made of dust. Be kind to one another. God has been kind to you.
So much sin. So much mess. So much wandering. So much doubt. So much temptation. So much failure.
“But he gives more grace.”
Five words can change everything.
We discover in the gospel that we can’t hide: God knows us fully.
We discover in Christ that we don’t need to hide: God loves us deeply.
Preaching on John 4 this morning, “Seven Surprises from a Well in Samaria.” So thankful for this story. Jesus know us fully and loves us deeply. He offers satisfaction for our sin parched souls.
