A pastor at a nearby church shared with me that he used my sketch based on Life in the Wild to share the gospel with someone and lead them to faith. Yeah, that pretty much makes my day.
The Bible tells us to be gentle with those who struggle to believe (1 Peter 3:15) and with those who struggle in their belief (Galatians 6:1). It seems that gentleness should be the default mode of operation for the Christian.
Be careful what you live for. You can gain the whole world and in the end lose far more than you ever gained. There’s more.
