Three for the World
Three for the World posts are quick updates you can read in a few minutes to learn more about what God is doing around the world. This week’s update is from Habtamu from Ethiopia. He writes:
My name is Habtamu Solomon Kebede, and I am currently pursuing my PhD at Asian Theological Seminary in the Philippines. By God’s grace, I recently defended my proposal and am now entering the next stage: working on my dissertation.
At the same time, I remain involved in the teaching ministry at Ethiopian Full Gospel Theological Seminary, where I also serve as dean of the graduate program. It is a busy and stretching season, but I am thankful for the opportunities God has provided.
I would deeply appreciate your prayers for the following:
- That I may complete my dissertation successfully.
- That God’s grace would sustain and strengthen my family as I balance teaching, research, and leadership.
- That God’s peace would bring an end to the war and conflict in Ethiopia, bringing healing and hope to our nation.
Thank you for standing with me in prayer. Your support is a great encouragement to me.
Habtamu
