
When asked which kind of God Richard Dawkins would want to believe in, the famous atheist cited the Christian God. “I’d choose Christianity every time,” he said. Describing himself as a cultural Christian, Dawkins shared concerns about the growth of Islam. “So I call myself a cultural Christian and I think it would be truly dreadful if we substituted any alternative religion,” Dawkins said in a recent interview. Whether this recent change is a reflection of something deeper, or just a helpful tool in his to opposition of Islam, it is a certainly an interesting conversation to follow.
